Araona International Private Limited never compromise on quality for the products we sell and we are sure you are happy with the products you purchased from our stores or online. Our Products are fully warranted against any manufacturing defects. If you are not satisfied with the products you purchased from us, you can return the item or items as follows:
- Items purchased online can be returned by dispatching to our address mentioned on the Invoice within 15 days of receiving the items.
- Items returned must be unused and unwashed.
- Items cannot be returned once purchased due to sizes, we request all to check the size chart before place the order.
- Items purchased from our stores or from any re-sellers must be returned to their locations and subject to their return policy only.
- Clients need not to pay any courier charges while returning the items. Only need to follow the instructions.
- Instructions for return: Any item found with manufacturing defects or alteration is liable for return. Purchaser need to take the photograph of the defective area and need to write a mail with the Billing details, Customer details and the details of the defects by email to us for approval. Once the mail will be received by us and accepted for return, you will get a mail from us with instruction of return. Mailing Address: firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Once you get the acceptance from us for return, you need to pack the item carefully so that the item reached us safely. Put return level which you received from us while unpacking the item and keep the same ready. Our Courier partner can visit anytime for pick up.
- Refund against Return: Once we get the item at our warehouse/address our QC team will check the item to see that the items returned unused and unwashed. On passing the QC (Quality Control) check, we will refund the amount within 30 days of receiving the items at our office to your Account.
